		<description>I'm thinking the trouble is mostly the fact of the automation. There's only so much "smart" checking a computer can do before a human actually has to look at it -- and only so much human time to go around.

I wonder what happens if you report it?</description>

		<description>That may be a catch-22 for Google.  They may be okay with taking money to promote paid advertising but not okay with ranking sites with paid advertising.  We will know more during the next update.</description>
